The 2026 KIWL Classic recently took place over 4 days, starting at Lake Biwa, winding its way through 5 prefectures before finishing in Osaka! The undoubted scenic highlights were Nara and Mount Koya. 40 male & female cyclists from 10 countries of all ages and abilities took part, backed by 9 essential support crew and media. After 500 gruelling kilometers, the riders crossed the finishing line unscathed, to be met by the youth that our chosen charity Mirai no Mori continue to serve.

This year's ride was supported by many generous corporate sponsors, and the riders added further funds from their respective individual supporters and donors. Altogether, Y18.2 million was raised, a KIWL Classic record for fundraising!
