​Andy, have you ever done a 500km cycle ride? I once did a charity ride once from Manchester to Blackpool.  Borrowed someone’s bike and no training.
 
​Why are you doing the 500km ride? My challenge for 2018!  Inspired by all those that have done it before.
 
What are you most looking forward to and most worried about? Looking forward to the open road and parts of Japan I’ve never seen before.  Not looking
​forward to the uphill bits!

Taylor, have you ever done a 500km cycle ride? Yes, I have done a few trips like this before, except we camped out in a tent each night, and went at a more casual pace.

​Why are you doing the 500km ride? I'm doing the ride with KIWL this year to challenge myself while doing something I love, and also support two great charities.

​What are you most looking forward to? I'm looking forward to meeting the kids and the sense of accomplishment!

​Roger, Berman, have you ever done a 500km cycle ride? Not for wheels but only for feet - the KIWL Gogo 55 km ultra run last year. 

Why are you doing the 500km ride? It's all about "raising" - raising needed funds for amazing NP0s, raising my physical strength and raising up to new challenges.

What are you most looking forward to and worried about? Meeting the kids at the end of the ride is probably what I'm most looking forward to. Most worried about? Nothing!
